Why a masterclass? Why can't you just give me your frosting recipe? I am so glad you asked! I could give you a list of ingredients and how to put them together, but for a truly fantastic frosting that not only you love, your customers can't get enough of, and compliments your style of baking isn't just a random recipe. Finding THE recipe to check all your boxes, and take your confections to the next level is far more important than just a list of ingredients.
